What type of account message notifications or alerts are available on my Lincoln Automotive Financial Services account?

Account Manager Website Notifications and Alerts:

  • Paper or Paperless Statement – chose to receive a paper or digital statement and change when needed (If enrolled in Automatic Payments you will not receive a paper invoice)
  • Account Related Correspondence - only for documents requested via Customer Service and can be received electronically or on paper form
  • Electronic Marketing Communications – opt in or out of receiving promotional and special offers from Lincoln Automotive Financial Services via email
     

How do I set up account message alerts?

  • Log into Account Manager
  • Navigate to the Settings tab
  • Click on Notifications Preference
