Lease vehicles should be returned in good condition, allowing for Normal Wear and Tear (refer to your Lease Agreement). Anything outside of Normal Wear and Tear may result in Excess Wear and Tear charges.

Some damage considered as Excess Wear and Tear may be covered by your insurance. Be sure to allow sufficient time for your claims to be processed/repairs completed before returning the vehicle.
You may be charged for unaddressed Excess Wear and Tear when the vehicle is returned.
If the kilometrage on your lease vehicle exceeds that allowed under your lease agreement, you will be responsible for the overage. Please refer to your agreement for kilometres allowed and excess kilometrage charges.
