How do I stop receiving mail and phone communications from Lincoln?
If you want to be removed from communication lists, contact a Lincoln concierge at 1-800-387-9333 or select Chat Now on the Contact Us page of lincolncanada.com. It may take up to 30 days to be removed from phone or mail communication lists and up to 10 business days to be removed from email lists.

- You will still receive communications regarding safety and emissions recalls as required by law.
- You may continue to receive communications from Lincoln Retailers or Ford Dealers, as they are not owned and operated by Ford Motor Company of Canada. Contact them directly if you need assistance.
