I did not receive my statement. How can I get a duplicate statement?

Billing statements are generated in advance of the scheduled due date. Please allow for mailing time. 

In addition, you are welcome to view your statements in Account Manager by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to Account Manager.
  2. Click on "History", which is at the top of the page.
  3. Choose a month to view transaction details.
  4. Click on "View/Print" Statement.
