How do I update my Lincoln Account or Lincoln Way username?

1. Select Account in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Tap Sign In & Security. 
3. Enter your current Lincoln Way credentials.
4. Tap Edit under your email address. A verification code will be sent to the email address associated with the Lincoln Way account. 
5. Enter the verification code and tap Verify. 
6. Type in your desired email address and tap Request Code. 
7. Retrieve the code from the updated email address and verify it in the App.

The success screen will display with the Return to Login button, indicating the username has been updated.

To change your username using the Lincoln Website:

1. Visit Lincolncanada.com.
2. Log in to your Lincoln Account. 
   1. Select My Lincoln on the upper right of the screen.
   2. Click Register/Sign In.
3. Select My Lincoln on the upper right of the screen.
4. Choose Account/Manage Settings.
5. Scroll down and click Edit now under the Sign In & Security tab.
6. Select Edit under the Email section.

7. Enter the verification code sent to your email address.

   Note: You can have a new code sent to your email by tapping Send New Code.

8. Click Submit.
9. Enter a new email address and click Request Code.
10. Follow the additional steps provided in the email sent to the new email address.

Notes:

• You will receive an error if you enter an email in the incorrect format. The wrong field will be highlighted or underlined in red to display the error.
• Changing your username will automatically adjust your preferred contact email.
• You will receive a confirmation email that your username has been changed.
• Changing your username does not affect your password.
