Unable to CreateMyKey
Possible causes:
- The key used to start the vehicle does not have admin privileges.
- The key used to start the vehicle is the only admin key. There must always be at least one admin key.
- SecuriLock passive anti-theft system is disabled or in unlimited mode.
- For vehicles with keyless start: The intelligent access key is not placed in the backup slot.
Unable to Program the Configurable Settings
Possible causes:
- The key used to start your vehicle does not have admin privileges.
- No MyKeys are created. Learn how to create a MyKey.
Unable to ClearMyKey
Possible causes:
- The key used to start your vehicle does not have admin privileges.
- No MyKeys are created. Learn how to create a MyKey.
Only Admin Key Lost
Purchase a new key from an authorized Lincoln Retailer. If a retailer is not available in your area, contact a Ford Dealer.
Regular Key Lost
Program a spare key. See how to program to a key.
MyKeyDistances Not Accumulating
Possible causes:
- The MyKey user is not using the MyKey.
- An admin key was used to clear MyKeys and create new MyKeys.
- The key system has been reset.
MyKeyNot Functioning with Keys
Possible causes:
- An admin key is present at vehicle start.
