How do I find my Lincoln's service history?

Services performed by a participating Lincoln Retailer can be viewed in the Lincoln Way^®* App.

Notes:

• The service history in the App is only available to the primary owner of the vehicle (i.e., secondary users on the app will not be able to view the vehicle's service history).
• Only services performed by a Lincoln-authorized retailer will appear in the customer's history.
• Not all retailers participate in sharing service records.

Looking Up Your Vehicle's Service History

To access your service history records, your vehicle must be associated with your profile. If you have not added your vehicle to your profile, refer to the How do I add a vehicle to my Lincoln Account? or How do I add a vehicle to the Lincoln Way App? article.

Notes:

• Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) for older than 10 model years and any non-Ford/Lincoln vehicles cannot be added. 
• There may be a short delay for your records to appear.

To view your vehicle's service history using the Lincoln Way App:

1. Log in to the Lincoln Way App.
   
   Note: If you have multiple vehicles in your account, select the one for which you want to review service details.
    
2. Tap Service.
3. Select Service History.

You will see the service records in chronological order (latest first) for the vehicle selected. 

Note: If you are not the original vehicle owner, you will not be able to view the vehicle's service history on the Lincoln Way App.
