How do I find my Lincoln's service history?

Services performed by a participating Lincoln Retailer will be added to your Lincoln account records and will be available to view on the Lincoln Canada website or the Lincoln Way®* App.

Looking Up Your Vehicle's Service History

To view your service history records, your vehicle must be associated with your profile. If you have not added your vehicle to your profile, refer to the How do I add a vehicle to my Lincoln Account? or How do I add a vehicle to the Lincoln Way App? article.

Notes:

  • Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) for older than 10 model years and any non-Ford/Lincoln vehicles cannot be added. 
  • The service history in the Lincoln Way App is only available to the vehicle's primary owner. A secondary user on the App cannot view the vehicle's service history.
  • There may be a short delay for your records to appear.
  • Only services performed by a Lincoln-authorized Retailer or service centre will show in the service history.
  • Not all retailers participate in sharing their service records.

Select the method you are using from the drop-down options below to learn how to view the service history of your Lincoln.

Using the Lincoln Way App

To find your vehicle's service history using the Lincoln Way App:

  1. Sign in to the Lincoln Way App.

    Note: You will not be prompted to sign in again if you are already signed in.

  2. Select Service from the bottom ribbon.
  3. Choose Service History from the Service section.

Once Service History is selected, service history records will display. If no services have been reported, the following screen will display:

Using the Lincoln Canada Website

To find your vehicle's service history using the Lincoln Canada website:

  1. Go to www.lincolncanada.com.
  2. Click My Lincoln in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Register/Sign In.
  4. Enter your email in the Email field.
  5. Input your password in the Password field.
  6. Select Sign In.
  7. Choose My Lincoln in the top-right corner.
  8. Select Dashboard.
  9. Choose Service History.

  10. Select Accept new terms on the terms and conditions pop-up.

After accepting the terms and conditions, you will be directed to your vehicle's service history page.
