How do I contact Lincoln Roadside Assistance*?
Lincoln Roadside Assistance can be contacted via phone, on the Lincoln Way App®** or our website Roadside Assistance support page.
Roadside Assistance Benefits and Eligibility
Roadside Assistance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and provides the benefits listed below:
- Towing
- Battery jump-start
- Flat tire change
- Fuel delivery
- Lockout assistance
- Winch-out services
Your Roadside Assistance eligibility depends on whether you purchase your vehicle new or pre-owned and its warranty start date. All 2012 and earlier models no longer qualify for Roadside Assistance.
- For vehicles purchased new, Lincoln Roadside Assistance is included for the lifetime of your ownership† experience for 2013 model year and newer vehicles.
- For vehicles purchased pre-owned, Lincoln Roadside Assistance covers for 6 years or 110,000 kilometres from the warranty start date, whichever comes first.
Note: Roadside Assistance is also included with most Lincoln Protect Extended Service Plans. Time and distance vary per Extended Service Plan contracts. Contact your Lincoln Retailer for more information and purchase.
Contacting Roadside Assistance
Select the method you are using from the drop-down options below to contact Roadside Assistance:
Via Phone
To contact Lincoln Roadside Assistance, call 1-844-665-2007 and follow the prompts.
Important: Ensure you have the following available:
- The vehicle's location
- Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
- Vehicle's make, model, and colour
- License plate number
On the Lincoln Way App
To submit a Roadside Assistance request on the Lincoln Way App:
- Log in to the App.
- Select Service.
- Press Roadside Assistance.
- Choose the vehicle in need of assistance.
- Tap Start Request.
Select Select Location.
Note: You can enter the vehicle's location by moving a pin on an interactive map or by typing the address into the search bar at the top of the screen.
- Press Select Location again after the desired location is set.
- Follow the remaining steps to select the type of assistance needed and ensure that your contact information is correct.
- Tap Submit Request.
After submitting your request, you will be returned to the Service landing page, and a confirmation banner will be displayed at the top of the screen.
To cancel a Roadside Assistance Request on the Lincoln Way App:
- Select Service.
- Press Roadside Assistance.
- Choose View Open Request.
- Tap Cancel Request.
- Select Yes after receiving the "Are you sure?" prompt.
You will be returned to the Service landing page with the cancellation confirmation banner displayed at the top of the screen.
On the Roadside Assistance Support Page
To contact Roadside Assistance on the Owner Support site:
- Access the Lincoln Roadside Assistance support page.
- Follow the linked Lincoln Roadside Assistance at the bottom of the orange section.
- Select Request Roadside Assistance.
- Choose a method to locate your account:
- Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
- License plate
- Name and contact information
- Confirm Next.
Enter your location or Use My Current Location.
Notes:
- The vehicle's location will populate automatically if Location Services is enabled/allowed.
- The location on the map can be adjusted by selecting a different area of the map.
- Confirm Next.
- Ensure that your contact information is correct.
- Follow the remaining steps to select the vehicle in need of assistance and the retailer to which the vehicle will be towed.
- Select Submit Roadside Request.
Once submitted, roadside service will be scheduled. You will be notified via a text message to the phone number provided.
