How do I use a Lincoln Assistant Wake Word with SYNC?
You can say commands or ask questions to the Lincoln Assistant in your SYNC®* 4-equipped vehicle using a wake word instead of the Push-To-Talk button on your vehicle's steering wheel.

Enabling or Disabling the Wake Word
To turn the wake word feature on or off using SYNC 4:
- Tap Settings on your vehicle's SYNC screen.
- Select Voice.

Toggle the wake word to enable or disable it.
Note: You can select "i” to the right for a brief description of the listen for wake word options.
Setting a Preferred Wake Word
Once enabled, to set your preferred wake word:
- Tap Settings on your vehicle's SYNC screen.
- Select Voice.
- Press Preferred Wake Word.

Choose the Wake Word you would like to use from the list.

Enabling or Disabling Command Lists
SYNC 4 can respond with a command list after saying the wake word. To turn this option on or off:
- Tap Settings on your vehicle's SYNC screen.
- Select Voice.
