How do I activate my Connected Services Complimentary Subscription or renew my Connected Services plan?
You can activate or renew your Connected Services* Complimentary Subscription plan through your account within the Lincoln Way App®** or on the Lincoln Canada Support website.
Requirements
You must have:
- The Lincoln Way App downloaded on your 4G mobile device.
- An eligible vehicle added to your Lincoln Way App garage.
- The modem of the eligible vehicle activated.
Trial Activation or Plan Renewal
Select your method in the drop-down options below to learn how to activate or renew your Connected Services plan.
Lincoln Way App
- Log in to the Lincoln Way App.
- Tap Account.
- Swipe down and tap the Connected Services tile.
- Select the eligible vehicle from your Garage to see the available Connected Services.
- Choose Activate Trial to activate your complimentary trial or View Product Details to renew your Connected Services plan.
- Tap Next at the bottom of the webpage, after reading all the information.
Note: You will be prompted to enter a Primary Address if you have not done so. Enter all the requested details and click Save.
- Select a payment method in the Payment Information field.
Note: If you do not have a payment method on file or want to add a new one, click Add Card and, enter the details, then click Save. You can set this as the default payment method by clicking the checkbox.
- Review the order or trial activation, then read and agree to the Terms and Conditions by tapping the checkboxes.
- Tap Confirm Activation. You will see an Order Confirmation popup window.
- Select Got it, thanks!
Your activation is complete.
Lincoln Canada Owner Website
- Log in to your Lincoln Account on the Lincoln Canada Support website.
- Select the Connected Services tile in the Quick Links.
Note: You will have to choose a vehicle if you have more than one registered in your account.
- Choose Activate or View Product Details.
Note: The selection available is based on what Connected Services, if any, are available at the time of sign-up.
- Click Next.
- Scroll to the bottom of the webpage after reading all the information.
- Select Next.
Note: If you have not entered a Primary Address on your Lincoln account, you will be prompted to add one.
- Review your order and click the “i” icon to view more details of the plan chosen.
- Ensure your Payment Information is correct.
Note: If you do not have a payment method on file or want to add a new one, click Add Card and, enter the details, then click Save. You can set this as the default payment method by clicking the checkbox.
- Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions by clicking the checkbox.
- Click Confirm Activation. You will see an Order Confirmation popup window.
- Select Got it, thanks!
Your activation is complete.
