What is Lincoln Premium Connectivity?
Lincoln Premium Connectivity* is a Connected Services plan that allows you to use Amazon Alexa's** intuitive voice commands in your vehicle, all without Wi-Fi®†.

Whether Alexa Built-In†† was installed by the factory or via over-the-air software updates, you will get more out of your streaming content safely with the hands-free technology‡ already built into your Lincoln vehicle.
- Listen to your favourite albums and playlists using Amazon Music, Spotify, or another favourite streaming service.
- Get personalized flash briefings for local, national, and global news.
- Play audiobooks or podcasts from Audible or your favourite streaming service.
- Take the Quiz of the Day on your way to work and play games with friends and family.
Complimentary Trial Details
Based on your vehicle's model year (MY), you will be enroled in a complimentary trial‡‡ of Lincoln Premium Connectivity that begins on your warranty start date:
- 2021-2023 MY: 30-day trial period
- 2024-2025 MY: 1-year trial period
To start using your complimentary trial, ensure your Lincoln Connect™a modem is activated and Alexa Built-In is enabled by following the Alexa Built-In setup instructions.
Note: To take full advantage of all the features the Lincoln Digital Experience offers, you will need an activated Lincoln Connect modem, Google Account Sign-in, and Lincoln Premium Connectivity or Wi-Fi connection.
Managing Your Connected Services Plans
After the free trial, you can manage your Connected Services subscription plan to include Lincoln Premium Connectivity. You can access, view, and manage Connected Services through the Lincoln Way App™b or the Lincoln Connected Services website.
*Feature is available on select vehicles. Features may vary based on model year, trim, options, packages, and supply availability. Use the Build and Price tool to view feature availability on current models. If you have questions or need more information, reference your Owner’s Manual or contact your Lincoln Retailer. **Access to Alexa requires an Amazon account, SYNC 4®, Lincoln Connect, and complimentary Connected Service activated through the Lincoln Way App (see Lincoln Way Terms for details). Eligible 2022/2023 Lincoln vehicles receive three years of complimentary access to Alexa Built-in and 30-days of complimentary streaming media services that begin on the new vehicle warranty start date, after which fees apply. †Wi-Fi® hotspot includes complimentary wireless data trial that begins upon Bell activation and expires at the end of 3 months or when 3GB of data is used, whichever comes first. To activate, go to www.bell.ca.
††Access to Alexa requires an Amazon account, SYNC®4, Lincoln Connect, and complimentary Connected Service activated through the Lincoln app (see Lincoln Terms for details). 2021 and some 2022 vehicles may require a software update to activate Alexa Built-in (available first half of 2022), check your SYNC 4 display to confirm.
