Can I see my vehicle's location in the Lincoln Way®* App?
To use the Vehicle Location feature in the Lincoln Way App:
- Your vehicle must be equipped with a Lincoln Connect®** embedded modem.
- Your vehicle must be added to the Lincoln Way App.
- App permissions must be granted upon login.
- Your vehicle's modem must be activated.
- Connectivity Settings in the vehicle must be on.
- Smartphone location services must be enabled.
Checking Your Vehicle's Location in the App
To check your vehicle location on the Lincoln Way App:
Log in to the App.
Note: Check Unable to log in to your Lincoln Way App if you are experiencing difficulties logging in.
- Select Vehicle.
- Your vehicle's last known location is pinned at the top of the page.
- The date and time of your vehicle's last communication with the App are posted just above the last known location.
- To refresh, drag down on the Vehicle page.
- Tap the Location link to view the Vehicle Location Map.
- Your vehicle will be pinned at the center of the map with the vehicle pin icon.
- A blue dot icon will represent your phone.
