What are Vehicle Health Alerts in the Lincoln Way App?

Vehicle Health Alerts use data from your vehicle to provide you with updates on your vehicle's health. You can view Vehicle Health Alerts in the Lincoln Way®* App.

They will provide information about your:

  • Powertrain.
  • Brakes and suspensions.
  • Restraints and driver assistance.
  • Checks, fluids, and filters.

Each Vehicle Health Alert will tell you what the alert means and the actions or next steps required.

Note: Recalls and Customer Satisfaction Programs will also appear on Lincoln Way for non-connected vehicles as well as in your Vehicle Dashboard on lincolncanada.com.

Vehicle Health Alerts in Lincoln Way 

There is no setup required for Vehicle Health Alerts if you meet all the requirements below, as they should run automatically. 

Select your Lincoln Way App experience from the dropdowns below to learn how to view Vehicle Health Alerts in Lincoln Way.

View Vehicle Health Alerts in Lincoln Way - Lincoln Way App 5.X Experience

  1. Open the Lincoln Way App. 
  2. Go to the Service screen. 
  3. Tap the Vehicle Health box. 

Any active and available alerts will appear on the next screen.

To check for Vehicle Health Alerts in Lincoln Way:

  1. Open the Lincoln Way App. 
  2. Go to the Vehicle screen. 
  3. Select Vehicle Status.

Any active and available alerts will appear on the next screen.
