How do I view recalls and Customer Satisfaction Programs using the Lincoln Way®* App?

With the Lincoln Way App, you can view recalls or Customer Satisfaction Programs for your vehicle using the Service tab.

To view recalls and Customer Satisfaction Programs in the App:

  1. Tap the Service tab from the Homepage.
  2. Select the Recall or Customer Satisfaction Program tile. After selecting Recall or Customer Satisfaction Program, you will be redirected to a webpage that displays any recall(s) or Customer Satisfaction Program(s) on your vehicle.

    Note: You can tap the "+" button to display additional information about the specific recall or Customer Satisfaction Program. Press the "-" button to hide extra information.

  3. Select one of the following buttons on either the App or the website if your vehicle is included in a recall or Customer Satisfaction Program:
  • Find a Dealer: Locate and find the contact information of a Lincoln Retailer or Ford Dealer in your area.
  • Schedule Service: Schedule a service with the retailer or dealer you have selected as your service provider in the App.
  • Contact Us: Contact a Lincoln Concierge for additional information.
