Is my Lincoln included in a Customer Satisfaction Program?
Visit the Lincoln Owner Support site and enter your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) to determine if your vehicle is included in a Customer Satisfaction Program.
What is a Customer Satisfaction Program?
A Customer Satisfaction Program is different from a recall, which is conducted to remedy a safety, compliance, or emissions concern. Recalls generally do not have an expiration date.
A Customer Satisfaction Program provides an upgrade to a specific component or extends an existing warranty. These programs have time and mileage limitations, and they do expire. Lincoln will conduct repairs specifically designated in most Customer Satisfaction Programs at no cost to the owner. However, if the Customer Satisfaction Program is an Optional Product Improvement, the owner might be required to participate in the cost. Contact your Lincoln Retailer for more information.
Am I eligible for a refund?
You may be eligible for a refund if you paid to correct the concern addressed by a Customer Satisfaction Program before the Owner Letter was mailed. To verify eligibility and process reimbursement, provide your paid original receipts to the Service Manager at your retailer. All refund requests for Customer Satisfaction Programs must be processed through a retailer.
Note: A Ford Dealer can assist you if a Lincoln retailer is not available in your area.
