Where can I get my Lincoln repaired for a recall?

All recall and Customer Satisfaction Program repairs must be completed by an authorized Lincoln Retailer or Ford Dealer. If your vehicle is involved in a recall, contact your retailer or dealer as soon as possible to schedule an appointment.

Recalls and Customer Satisfaction Programs provide coverage for specific Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) and vehicle owners receive an owner notification letter.

Notes: 

  • If you have confirmed that your vehicle is involved in a recall but are not receiving the owner notification letter, refer to Why did I not get a recall notice for my Lincoln?
  • If your vehicle is overseas, recall and Customer Satisfaction Program repairs can be completed at the nearest Lincoln Retailer or Ford Dealer in the host country.
  • Repairs completed at a non-Ford Dealer or non-Lincoln Retailer are not eligible for reimbursement unless you paid for the repair prior to the recall or Customer Satisfaction Program announcement. To verify eligibility, the vehicle's owner must submit the original repair receipts to their preferred Ford Dealer or Lincoln Retailer.
