How do I change the Wi-Fi Hotspot password in my Lincoln?
You can modify your vehicle's Wi-Fi Hotspot* password using your vehicle's SYNC® screen.
Changing Your Wi-Fi Hotspot Password
Select your SYNC generation from the drop-down options below to learn how to change your Wi-Fi Hotspot password. If you need assistance determining the generation of your SYNC system, select the first drop-down option.

Identifying Your SYNC Generation
There are two resources to help you identify your vehicle's SYNC generation:

SYNC 4
To modify your Wi-Fi Hotspot password with SYNC 4:
- Tap Settings on your vehicle's SYNC screen.
- Select either Wi-Fi & Hotspot or Lincoln Connect.
- Press Settings.
- Choose Edit.
- Select Change Password.
- Enter your new password.
- Tap Done.
SYNC 3
To modify your Wi-Fi hotspot password with SYNC 3:
- Tap Settings on your vehicle's SYNC screen.
- Select either Wi-Fi & Hotspot or Lincoln Connect.
- Press Settings.
- Choose Edit.
- Tap Change SSID Name.
- Enter your SSID Name. This is the name of your vehicle's Wi-Fi hotspot.
- Press Done.
- Select Change Password.
- Create a password.
- Choose Done.

*Wi‑Fi Hotspot includes wireless data trial that begins upon Bell activation and expires at the end of 3 months or when 3 GB of data is used, whichever comes first, but cannot extend beyond the complimentary subscription period for remote features. To activate, go to www.bell.ca.
