Lincoln Motor Company covers the cost of warranty repairs performed under the New Vehicle Limited Warranty Coverage during the "time and distance travelled" limits of the New Vehicle Limited Warranty.

Parts (excluding tires) replaced under the New Vehicle Limited Warranty receive the greater of: (i) a 3-month or 5,000-km (whichever occurs first) warranty or (ii) the balance of the New Vehicle Limited Warranty, and such warranty shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the New Vehicle Limited Warranty.

Warranty repairs must be performed by an authorized Lincoln or Ford Retailer.

Certain warranty repairs require special training and/or equipment, and not all retailers are authorized to perform all warranty repairs. So, depending on the warranty repair needed, you may have to take your vehicle to another retailer. In certain instances, Lincoln may authorize that your vehicle be repaired at a repair centre other than a Lincoln or Ford retailer facility.

A reasonable time must be allowed to perform a repair after taking your vehicle to the retailer. Repairs will be made using Lincoln or Motorcraft^® Parts, or remanufactured or other parts that are authorized by Lincoln.
